image source the wg10 working group of the Institute mainly carries out the formulation of a series of international standards for intelligent device management, which aims to use intelligent devices more effectively through the standardization of device management based on the common concepts and terms of KPIs (key performance indicators) such as risk, cost, production performance, etc. Intelligent device management (IDM) represents the activities of device management in the life cycle of intelligent devices. Intelligent device management activities can optimize the operation of intelligent devices and enhance the value of intelligent devices. This series of standards includes: it is of great significance to ensure the accuracy of the measurement value of the fatigue testing machine part 1: concepts and terms (informative); Part 2: working process requirements (normative); Part 3: implementation guidelines (informative). Part 1 of the standard has completed CD voting from August to October 2017. This meeting is the first meeting of the working group to discuss and deal with the feedback of CD voting
at this meeting, wangchengcheng, an engineer from the Institute of instrumentation and electronics, proposed 11 amendments to the standard on behalf of China, and expressed the suggestions of Chinese experts on the amendment of the standard. After discussion, the working group believed that the comments from China could help the working group better distinguish equipment management tasks, equipment management processes and equipment management projects. Therefore, it decided to accept all technical comments and suggestions put forward by China
In recent years, the Institute has carried out a series of research work around intelligent manufacturing, and has undertaken a number of special topics of intelligent manufacturing of the Ministry of industry and information technology, such as "general technical conditions of intelligent products", "predictive maintenance of intelligent equipment", etc. Carrying out technical research and standard formulation on condition monitoring, anomaly diagnosis, quality management, equipment operation and maintenance for intelligent equipment is the key content to support the smooth development of the above intelligent manufacturing topics. Participating in the wg10 working group meeting can promote the incorporation of the latest research results of the topic into the international standards being formulated, and further promote the development of Intelligent Manufacturing in China to be in line with international standardsLINK
