Organic dyes should be used to meet their own needs and even the needs of the world. Transparent dyes should be mixed into mother liquor first. The solvent can be xylene, and the concentration should be selected according to the instructions of the supplier. Choose and match the colors according to the customer's requirements, add the prepared mother liquor to the transparent ink, and determine the amount after a small test to avoid waste. The adhesive degree of the ink should be appropriate. Generally, the viscosity of the ink is lower than that of the ink for printing other hard marks, so as to avoid sticking to the plate, but the viscosity should not be too small, otherwise it will cause the phenomenon of plate pasting and cannot meet the printing requirements of high-precision patterns.
